Introduction

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business and IT. You will identify and analyze business processes, needs, and challenges, translating them into concrete IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that developed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business processes and needs.
• Drafting functional and non-functional specifications.
• Advising on IT solutions and strategies.
• Facilitating workshops and presentations.
• Supporting the implementation and testing of new systems.
• Communicating with all stakeholders, from business to IT.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience with various IT systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
