Our client is an innovative scale-up in Amsterdam connecting over 20,000 professionals through their platform. The platform focuses on user efficiency for work planning, viewing schedules, payslips, leave, and internal communication. Everything a modern working professional needs in one accessible place. The team consists of over 100 professionals across five technical teams. They focus on the Benelux market, but with the first international clients, further expansion into other countries is on the horizon. They recently moved to a brand new office in a beautiful Amsterdam location, easily accessible by public transport and car, with ample parking.

Responsibilities

As an iOS Developer, you will work on the existing iOS app, highly rated (4.6 in the App Store) and used daily by thousands of professionals. This app is built modularly and designed for an optimal user experience. You will primarily integrate back-end APIs to implement new functionalities. In addition to developing the existing app, you will also contribute to the complete rebuild to version 2.0. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future of the platform. You will work in a close-knit team of mobile and back-end developers and collaborate extensively with the product owner and UX designer. There is ample room for your own initiative and optimization based on your expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an iOS developer
• Experience with Swift
• Experience with modular app development
• Experience with API integrations
• Affinity with mobile UX and UI design
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Residing in or near Amsterdam (or willing to commute)
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
