Investment Analyst Intern

Introduction

Dora Ventures, the seed money accelerator of DoraHacks, is seeking an exceptional Investment Analyst Intern. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the cryptocurrency market, working closely with Partners to analyze investment opportunities in early-stage hacker projects, pre-launch, and liquid digital assets. You will gain exposure to a wide range of crypto categories, including blockchain infrastructure equity deals, decentralized finance, non-fungible tokens, and middleware token deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on cryptocurrency verticals and analyze token economics and value accrual mechanisms.
• Formulate investment suggestions based on research findings and industry trends.
• Map out verticals within the digital asset landscape.
• Communicate key insights to Dora Ventures Partners and collaborate to refine investment strategies.
• Support portfolio companies in maximizing the value of their investments.
• Maintain and reconcile trade data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent data analytic skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Eager to acquire new knowledge with a strong learning ability.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Python, R, Matlab, or other analytics tools is a plus.
