Introduction

AFAS is looking for an enthusiastic HBO or university student for an internship in Success Management. In this role, you will investigate how existing clients can make even better use of AFAS's software by mapping their current usage and identifying areas for improvement. This is a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and software adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Client Software Usage: Map how the top 100 existing clients utilize AFAS software.
• Identify Optimisation Opportunities: Determine which processes are well-implemented and which require improvement or further customization.
• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Formulate clear advice and strategies to help clients maximize their software usage.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work autonomously and as part of a team to contribute to the Success Management goals.
• Proactive Contribution: Bring new ideas and be critical to elevate both the team and AFAS.

Requirements

• HBO or university level of thinking and working.
• Available full-time for 5 months (if availability differs, please let us know).
• Insatiable curiosity.
• Proactive and flexible work attitude.
• Ability to see and create opportunities to elevate the team and AFAS.
• Critical thinking and ability to express your own opinion.
• Desire to make an impact with your graduation research.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Passion for software and process optimization.
• Experience with or knowledge of business software solutions.
