Do you want to make a social impact on education across various fields in the Netherlands and Europe?

As the International SaaS Market Leader, you will develop and execute global marketing strategies, drive lead generation, and increase brand awareness for the company’s SaaS products. Working closely with the sales team, you will identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s presence across Europe and beyond. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of SaaS marketing, and a proven track record of increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in the international SaaS market. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media presence, and PR activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives, optimizing lead generation and conversion. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Represent the company at international events and conferences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Market Leader or similar role in a SaaS company, preferably with a global focus. Strong background in developing and executing successful international marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and increase market share. Excellent leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media. Experience with market research and competitive analysis. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
