About the Position

Introduction

Our client is seeking an Integration Specialist to focus on the integration layer/middleware and databases. You will be responsible for the management, monitoring, and further development of specific applications used in the production process. You will work in a team of 4 people: an IT manager, a technical application administrator, and a business information employee.

Responsibilities

Together with other regional locations and the supplier, you will design, manage, and develop specific systems.
You will advise on middleware, interfaces, and scripting.
You will be responsible for technical definitions, designs, test specifications, implementation, standards, technology, and communication.
You will be responsible for incident and problem management.
You will be responsible for operational acceptance testing.
Vendor management (licenses, certificates, updates, patches, etc.).
Monitoring and dashboarding.

Requirements

HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
Scripting skills (preferably VBScript, PowerShell).
Programming skills (C#, .NET, ASP).
SQL queries/SSIS package/T-SQL.
Infrastructure (network, server) in a professional environment (Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMWare).
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
You enjoy collaborating with colleagues but are also comfortable being the sole specialist in your expertise.
You are proactive and stress-resistant.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
