Integration Project Manager

Introduction

Our client, a rapidly growing Edtech scale-up, is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential through skills development. They partner with institutions and employers to foster continuous learning. With an expanding customer base across Europe and ambitious future plans, they are seeking a talented Integration Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the integration phase.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define project scope, and set realistic expectations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to align integration efforts with project requirements and timelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, documentation, and reports.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously improve integration processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Software / SaaS environment, specifically with API integrations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
• Technical understanding of APIs, data transfer, and system integration concepts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a driven personality.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Edtech platforms or the educational sector.
• Experience with LMS and HR platforms.
