Responsibilities

As an Integration Engineer at ilionx, you will enter a dynamic and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for leading clients in various sectors. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and implementing complex integration solutions. Your tasks will include:

Analyzing client integration needs and creating detailed designs.
Developing, testing, and implementing integration solutions using various technologies and platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Apache Kafka, Boomi, Mulesoft, Oracle Integration Cloud).
Managing and optimizing existing integrations.
Advising clients on best practices in integration and API management.
Collaborating with other disciplines, such as software developers, architects, and business analysts.
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the integration world and proactively applying new technologies.

Requirements

We are looking for a driven and proactive Integration Engineer with a passion for technology. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex problems into concrete solutions. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Integration Engineer or in a similar role.
You have experience with one or more integration platforms, such as Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management), Apache Kafka, Boomi, Mulesoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, or similar.
Knowledge of API management and microservices is a plus.
You have experience with various integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, EDI, SFTP, etc.).
You have a completed HBO or WO degree in Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or a similar field.
You are an excellent communicator and can convince both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are a team player and a connector. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve the best solutions.
You are eager to learn and curious about the latest developments in integration. You use this to develop yourself and help your colleagues grow.
You possess a valid B driving license.
