About Company
You will join a public-sector organization in the Hengelo area where information management directly contributes to service delivery for residents, businesses, and societal partners. Your work as an Information Management Advisor will have a direct impact on how information remains accessible, reliable, and usable for society.
The organization is undergoing significant development, moving towards a proactive, future-proof way of working. Digitalization, cloud transition, and modern information provision play a crucial role, always with the principle that it must work for the people using it and the society relying on it.
The information management team has grown considerably in recent years and consists of a mix of advisors, information managers, and colleagues responsible for areas such as mail registration. A new structure has recently been implemented within the team, distinguishing between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. These roles are still evolving, meaning that as an Information Management Advisor, you will actively contribute to further shaping this way of working.
You will collaborate closely with strategic advisors who define policy and with operational advisors active within departments. You will bridge these layers: providing direction, ensuring quality, and making sure plans are actually implemented within the organization.
The culture is open, down-to-earth, and collaborative. There is a strong focus on development, but also a need for stability and structure within the team. Ideas are valued, but it is equally important that they are actually realized. You will have ample opportunities to build relationships within the organization.
