Responsibilities

• Perform business and information analyses within complex IT and change projects.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, information flows, and services.
• Translate complex issues into clear requirements, user stories, epics, and features.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities and provide advice.
• Align with stakeholders across business, IT, and management to clearly define needs and objectives.
• Prepare and maintain analyses, documentation, and reports.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to clarify requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders within Scrum, Agile, and SAFe teams.
• Monitor the quality, coherence, and feasibility of solutions.
• Actively contribute to digital transformation projects with societal impact.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) level of thinking and working, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience with drafting and detailing requirements, user stories, epics, and features.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and SAFe, and experience within an Agile working environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management within complex organizations.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
