Introduction

Are you looking to help organizations translate strategy into concrete improvements in processes and IT? As an Information Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and technology. You will analyze how organizations operate, identify bottlenecks, and determine how processes can be made smarter and more efficient. You bring structure to complex issues and ensure information flows and systems align with business goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business and IT, translating complex information into clear requirements and specifications.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design information flows and functionalities for new or existing systems.
• Draft user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Guide the implementation process and test whether developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on the setup of information systems and processes.
• Work with project leaders, architects, developers, and testers.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO/WO (Bachelor's/Master's) level of education or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience as an Information Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Knowledge and experience in defining requirements, user stories, and functional designs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
• A team player and proactive.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
