Introduction

Are you an analytical talent with a passion for data? As an Information Analyst at ilionx, you will help companies optimize processes and translate information into smart solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and users to identify information needs and business processes.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications (e.g., use cases, user stories, process models).
• Analyze data and information flows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
• Model information systems and databases.
• Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare (management) reports and dashboards to visualize insights.
• Advise clients on optimizing their information provision.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or university education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Information Science, Business IT & Management).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an Information Analyst, Business Analyst, or a comparable role.
• Experience in drafting functional and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• Knowledge of and experience with various analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, DFD).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or data modeling tools.
• Certifications in information analysis (e.g., CBAP, Prince2).
