About the Position

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of becoming the most loved payment provider in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales leads (Marketing Qualified Leads) through various channels (email, phone, chat, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualify leads by educating and nurturing them, identifying their needs to determine the best solution.
- Schedule meetings with Account Executives for qualified leads to facilitate closure.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop targeted strategies and messaging.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification processes and ensure a seamless handover.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively communicate Mollie's value proposition.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a sales team, preferably in an SDR/BDR role or similar in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Previous experience managing and prioritizing a pipeline of leads.
- Curious individual with an aptitude for learning and growing in a sales career.
- Natural salesperson who thrives on educating and qualifying prospects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in German (native level) and English (C1/C2).
