Implementation Specialist - International SaaS Platform

Introduction

Are you looking to work on implementations with clients both domestically and internationally, where you can have a direct impact on business processes? Our partner is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide organizations through the transition to a new ERP system—from kick-off to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the ERP package for clients in both national and international settings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from project kick-off to successful go-live.
• Translate client needs and problems into effective software solutions.
• Guide clients through various implementation phases.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the software.
• Collaborate closely with the development and consultancy teams.
• Proactively contribute ideas and manage your own projects.
• Contribute to the further development of the organization and its services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an implementation or consultancy role.
• Experience with ERP software.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, from Key Users to executive management.
• Proactive, independent, and stress-resistant professional.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Available full-time.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
