About the Position

Responsibilities

Analyze customer business processes and translate them into suitable software solutions.
Configure software according to client-specific requirements.
Provide training to end-users to ensure optimal software utilization.
Support customers during and after implementation.
Actively contribute ideas and advice on process improvements and the deployment of new functionalities.
Collaborate with the development team to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

Affinity with (or background in) the horticulture sector is a significant advantage.
Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Driving license B and willingness to travel to customers (South Holland region).
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
