Introduction

Are you a client-focused, patient, and empathetic implementation consultant with a technical background and a healthy passion for cryptocurrencies? Then this rapidly growing crypto startup in Amsterdam, spearheading an innovative crypto payment infrastructure, is looking for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations with strategic enterprise clients, ranging from small to large financial institutions.
• Provide technical expertise and assistance to clients during implementation, including configuring and customizing the platform.
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams, including sales, product development, and engineering, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
• Contribute to developing and improving implementation best practices, tools, and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform's features, functionality, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong technical background with experience in software implementation, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience in the financial sector or with payment systems technologies.
• Good knowledge of databases.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with cryptocurrencies/blockchain is a prerequisite.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of your time to clients and internal meetings, primarily within Europe with occasional trips to Dubai.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
