Implementation Consultant - SaaS

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical specialist for all partnerships, from preparation to testing, debugging, and going live.
• Be the primary point of contact for partners, working with them on roadmaps and coordinating internally with developer colleagues to build the right solutions.
• Proactively identify and solve technical challenges for partners.
• Guide partners through the implementation process, ensuring successful and seamless integration of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technically oriented role involving APIs in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Completed HBO or WO education (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Resides in the Netherlands and is willing to commute to the Amsterdam office one day per week.
• Possesses a B driving license.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Experience with project management.
• Meticulous, flexible, and stress-resistant.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
