Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the successful implementation of SaaS solutions in the floriculture sector.
• Analyze business processes and advise on the optimal software configuration.
• Configure software and set up dashboards and reports.
• Conduct training and workshops for end-users.
• Coordinate projects and monitor planning and budget.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding progress and bottlenecks.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the SaaS platform by gathering feedback and translating it into requirements for the development team.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., as an Implementation Consultant, Application Consultant, ERP Consultant, or Project Manager).
• Experience with SaaS solutions and preferably an affinity for the floriculture sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate projects.
• Reside in the Netherlands and possess a valid B driver's license.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
