Haystack People, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an Implementation Consultant for one of its valued clients. This client is an innovative SaaS platform specializing in (data) integration and automation, located in a prime spot on the Amsterdam Zuidas. Responsibilities

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the bridge between client needs and the technical solutions of the SaaS platform. You will be responsible for successfully implementing their (data) integration software for various clients. Your tasks will include:

Analyzing business processes.
Advising on best practices.
Configuring and testing software.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Development, and Support to ensure smooth project execution.
Being the face of the company to the client and building long-term relationships.

Requirements

HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within a SaaS/Software environment).
Demonstrable knowledge of software implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL and/or other programming languages is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English (must).
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Experience with data integration and automation platforms.
