Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Introduction

Join an international SaaS company specializing in securing sensitive data for government and finance organizations. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end configuration of our SaaS application for clients, ensuring that client requirements are translated into robust solutions. This role offers significant opportunities for growth into an Architect or Team Lead position.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SaaS applications from A to Z for clients.
• Translate client wishes into concrete technical solutions.
• Configure architecture and components, ensuring functionalities meet end-user needs.
• Work with SQL, XML, and Javascript for configuration tasks.
• Configure Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Optimize processes and the application.
• Travel to client sites no more than 1-2 times per month.
• Collaborate closely with the development team.
• Report to the Head of Consultancy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Technical Implementation Consultant.
• Experience with SQL, Javascript, XML, and APIs.
• Experience with Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
