Implementation Consultant (Logistics & Software)

Introduction

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be ultimately responsible for implementing business-critical software for transportation companies. You will analyze processes, lead client discussions, and ensure successful implementations within a few months. You combine in-depth expertise with independence and authority towards management and operations. You are the point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the crucial link between the client and the software.
• Delve into the business processes of transportation companies.
• Advise on optimization and configure software to seamlessly meet client needs.
• Guide clients through the entire implementation process, from analysis and design to training and go-live.
• Ensure optimal software utilization and high client satisfaction.
• Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with a team of developers and consultants.

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Experience with project management and/or consultancy is a plus.
• Ability to function excellently both as a team player and independently.
• Possess authority in your field and be a valued sparring partner for clients and colleagues.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
