Introduction

As an Implementation Consultant specializing in Education and SaaS, you will play a crucial role in a rapidly growing organization aiming to become the standard in higher education. You will join a diverse team, working alongside experienced senior colleagues on complex implementation projects from conception to Go-Live, helping clients maximize their software's potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire implementation process from design to Go-Live, in close collaboration with clients and your team.
• Provide expert advice to ensure optimal platform configuration for clients, enabling them to get the most out of the software.
• Collaborate with your team on platform setup, configuration, and testing.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for end-users, effectively conveying your enthusiasm for the platform.
• Gather client feedback and relay it to the Product team to help refine the product roadmap and proposition.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within a SaaS environment.
• Completed HBO/WO education (higher professional education/university education).
• Affinity with the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes simply and strong analytical skills.
• Strong empathy for clients and ability to easily interact with various stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Resides in the Utrecht area.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

About Company

As an Implementation Consultant for Education, you will work in an innovative SaaS organization dedicated to the education sector. You will be engaged with a unique proposition that has already proven successful with major players in higher education.
