Our client offers a crucial role in optimizing business processes and introducing innovative technologies within healthcare. We are seeking an Implementation Consultant who acts as the link between client needs and technical solutions, focusing on the successful implementation of our e-learning platform at healthcare institutions.

You will work in a progressive organization specializing in IT solutions for the healthcare sector. Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes at healthcare institutions and identify optimization opportunities using our e-learning platform.
• Implementation Guidance: Guide the entire implementation process, from intake to go-live, including configuration and data migration.
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and key-users, and offer second-line support during and after implementation.
• Project Management: Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.
• Consulting: Advise clients on the optimal use of the e-learning platform and identify opportunities for further digitalization within their organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to translate client feedback into new functionalities and improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high quality of implementations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• HBO or WO (Bachelor's or Master's) degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, preferably in healthcare or with e-learning systems.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven problem-solver.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
