About the Position

This position offers both a permanent contract and a one-year temporary assignment (with possibility of extension).

Responsibilities

Manage and further develop Identity & Access Management solutions within a Microsoft environment.
Manage digital identities and automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Design and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Conditional Access.
Integrate cloud and on-premises applications with Microsoft Entra ID.
Configure OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML authentication.
Develop automations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
Support DevOps and CI/CD processes related to Identity & Access Management.
Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
Monitor identity and access activities and contribute to security improvements.
Advise projects and development teams on Identity & Access Management issues.
Contribute to the further development of a modern Microsoft Identity environment.

Requirements

HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
Approximately five or more years of experience within Identity & Access Management or a comparable Microsoft Identity environment.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and preferably Active Directory.
Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Microsoft Graph API.
Experience with PowerShell and automating management processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
Affinity with Zero Trust principles, security, and compliance.
You combine an analytical perspective with a pragmatic approach.
You enjoy not only performing management tasks but also designing and technically implementing solutions.
You enjoy collaborating within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
