Introduction

Are you an IAM consultant with a proven track record across diverse organizations and various technical solutions? Do you demonstrably possess the skills to independently lead projects for the implementation of IAM tools and IGA processes? Then we are looking for you! Responsibilities

• Independently lead implementation projects in the field of IAM tools and IGA processes.
• Strengthen our existing team with best practices and client engagements.
• Develop new managed services within the IAM domain.
• Actively share knowledge, vision, and insights – both internally and externally (Thought Leadership).

• Extensive work experience:
  • For a Medior: at least 2 or 3+ years of experience as an IAM consultant within multiple organizations.
  • For a Senior: at least 7+ years of experience as an IAM consultant within multiple organizations.
• Demonstrable HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level.
• A relevant network within the Dutch market.
• Knowledge of multiple (technical) IAM solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and organizations.
• Enthusiasm to further build a team and develop new services.
• Demonstrable experience in transferring domain-specific knowledge (both to colleagues and clients).
• Product-specific certificates from OKTA, ForgeRock, SailPoint, OneIdentity, Omada Identity Suite, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Fluent Dutch and good command of English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
