HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities

As the HR Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin of our HR department. Your responsibilities include:

• Streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Managing personnel files and administration.
• Implementing and managing HR software (including a new HRIS).
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Analyzing HR data and preparing reports.

You will work closely with the management team and team leads to provide optimal HR support and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive, structured, and communicatively strong professional with experience in a similar HR Operations role. You possess:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Operations role, preferably within a fast-growing scale-up or FinTech environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems (HRIS), and labor law.
• Experience with implementing and optimizing HR tools and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree working and thinking level.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
