Introduction

Have you ever worked in an organization where HR mainly revolves around policies, forms, and waiting for approval? This is not that role. As an HR Manager at E-Wise, you ensure that HR works in practice. From recruitment and onboarding to HR administration, absenteeism guidance, and advice to the management team. E-Wise is growing and professionalizing within the ReduCate EdTech Group. HR plays a central role in this.

As HR Manager at E-Wise, no two days are the same. You are the central figure for all HR-related matters and you work closely with the management team and team leads to shape and implement HR policy.

Responsibilities

• HR Advice: You act as a sparring partner for management and team leads on various HR topics, such as talent development, performance management, and organizational development. You provide requested and unrequested advice and support the implementation of HR initiatives.
• Recruitment & Selection: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from drafting vacancy texts to conducting job interviews and preparing offers.
• Onboarding: You ensure a flying start for new employees, including a streamlined onboarding process and a warm welcome.
• HR Administration: You manage personnel files, contracts, and other HR administration. You ensure accurate and up-to-date administration.
• Absenteeism Guidance: You guide employees through absenteeism, in line with laws and regulations, and in cooperation with the occupational health service.
• Organizational Development: You actively contribute to the further professionalization of HR within E-Wise and the broader ReduCate EdTech Group. You identify trends and developments and translate them into concrete HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of a completed HBO education in HRM or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a growing organization.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations and employment law.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical, results-oriented approach.
• A hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with HR systems and digital tools (a plus).
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Salary indication: €4,500 - €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.
