HR Manager / Business Partner

Introduction

Have you ever worked in an organization where HR mainly revolves around policy, forms, and waiting for approval? This is not that role. As an HR Manager at E-Wise, you ensure that HR works in practice. From recruitment and onboarding to HR administration, absenteeism guidance, and advice to the management team. E-Wise is growing and professionalizing within the ReduCate EdTech Group. HR plays a central role in this.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, from attracting talent to successful onboarding.
• Manage and optimize HR administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support for absenteeism cases, focusing on employee well-being and productivity.
• Offer strategic HR advice to the management team, contributing to organizational development and growth.
• Drive HR initiatives that align with E-Wise's growth and professionalization targets within the ReduCate EdTech Group.
• Implement best practices in HR to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
• A proactive and practical approach to HR, focusing on results and employee satisfaction.
• Experience within the EdTech sector or similar dynamic environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR software and systems.
• A track record of successfully implementing HR projects.
