Responsibilities

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the human aspect within a rapidly growing, technology-driven organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that support the company culture and objectives. You will act as a strategic partner to the board and management teams, advising on HR issues, talent development, and organizational structure. You will also be the first point of contact for employees, expertly motivating and retaining them. This includes staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in HR and Fintech. Your tasks will include:

• Recruitment and selection of new talent.
• Further development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Guiding employees in career development.
• Advising management on HR-related matters.
• Setting up training programs.

Requirements

• Completed HBO (Bachelor) or WO (Master) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience working in a fast-growing scale-up or Fintech environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
