Responsibilities

As an HR Employee, you will be the driving force behind HR initiatives. You will have the unique opportunity to further build and professionalize the HR department of a rapidly growing scale-up, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and optimizing HR processes.
• Developing HR policies.
• Managing recruitment and selection.
• Organizing training and workshops.
• Handling personnel administration.
• Ensuring employee well-being.

You will manage a wide range of tasks and play a crucial role in both operational and strategic HR projects.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably within a scale-up or Fintech environment (MUST).
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
