Introduction

As an HR Advisor at Ictivity, you play a key role in translating and implementing HR policy that inspires and supports employees in their personal and professional growth. You focus on themes such as health & well-being, talent development, personnel planning, and coaching issues. In this versatile role, you are the sparring partner for management and employees, advising them on various personnel matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for administrative, operational, and tactical HR issues.
• Actively participate in the further development of HR policy.
• Stay informed about the workplace dynamics and easily switch between policy and practice.
• Actively contribute to HR projects that support the achievement of strategic goals.
• Support the HR assistant in daily activities.
• Play a proactive role in guiding absenteeism cases within different departments.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt at all organizational levels and be an equal discussion partner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR work experience, preferably within the ICT or business services sector.
• HBO degree (Bachelor's degree) in Human Resources and Organization.
• Available 28 to 32 hours per week.
• Knowledge of current laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Independent, decisive, and agile.
• Capable of managing multiple HR projects.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
