Are you looking to strengthen a successful support team as a Helpdesk Agent? Our client offers a challenging position with a comprehensive traineeship to prepare you for success. This entry-level role is your chance to make an impact in the tech world!

With your skills, you'll elevate the team and yourself. You'll understand customer needs and guide them towards the right solutions. As the first point of contact, you'll answer questions and resolve issues, as well as handle leftover tickets. With proper guidance, you'll gain the tools and knowledge to grow into this role.

You'll join a team of 7, learning all the ins and outs of the product. You'll actively work on process improvement and contribute to the knowledge base. Your proactive attitude and critical eye for customer experience will make you a vital link. You'll also contribute to software solutions and increased customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
• Provide assistance and guide customers to appropriate solutions.
• Resolve incoming support tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Actively seek to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Contribute to building and expanding the company's knowledge base.
• Proactively identify customer needs and contribute to software solutions.

Requirements

• Completed MBO 4 or HBO diploma, preferably in IT.
• 0-3 years of work experience in IT support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
