Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and user inquiries.
• Register and document support questions and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in drafting and updating manuals and FAQs.
• Proactively communicate with users about the status of their requests.
• Identify common problems and escalate them to the development team.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.
• Excellent communicative skills in both Dutch and English, written and verbal.
• Strong affinity with IT and SaaS solutions.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Flexible and stress-resistant.
• Not a 9-to-5 mentality.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
