We’re seeking an experienced Investor Relations leader to spearhead our fundraising efforts and manage investor engagement within the crypto, Web3, and blockchain space.

Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Investor Outreach

• Design and execute a capital-raising strategy to meet Alemx’s funding goals, focusing on crypto investors, Web3 venture capital, and blockchain industry partners.
• Identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential investors, clearly conveying Alemx’s unique value, product potential, and growth roadmap.

Investor Relations & Communication

• Act as the main contact for investor relations, handling communication and relationship management with both new and current investors.
• Craft and present compelling investor materials, including pitch decks and performance reports that highlight Alemx’s market potential and strategic vision.

Listing Management & Compliance

• Oversee Alemx’s listings on crypto exchanges, managing listing and de-listing processes, and ensuring compliance with all necessary protocols.
• Coordinate liquidity strategies, communicate updates to investors, and adapt listing strategies as needed for optimal performance.

Capital Raising & Reporting

• Lead all phases of fundraising rounds, from initial investor outreach and due diligence to negotiation and closure.
• Provide transparent, regular reporting to the investor community on Alemx’s financial and project milestones.

Networking & Industry Representation

• Represent Alemx at industry events, conferences, and investor meetups to strengthen our presence within the Web3 investment community.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and crypto investment ecosystem to support Alemx’s growth and fundraising objectives.

Requirements

Proven Success in Fundraising

• Only candidates with demonstrated success in raising capital, ideally within the crypto or Web3 industries, should apply.
• Applicants must have a strong track record of completed fundraising rounds and success stories in securing investments and managing investor relationships.

Expertise in Crypto & Blockchain Markets

• Deep knowledge of the crypto market, tokenomics, and the nuances of blockchain fundraising, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Experience managing listing processes for tokens and a clear understanding of exchange requirements.

Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional ability to engage investors and stakeholders effectively.
• Skilled in creating investor materials, presenting strategic insights, and building rapport with a diverse investor base.

Strategic and Analytical Thinking

• Capable of developing effective fundraising strategies and adjusting based on market feedback and Alemx’s evolving project goals.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling, forecasting, and creating clear investor reports.
