About the Position

Introduction

Chainlink Labs is seeking a highly experienced Head of Global Strategic Accounts to represent Chainlink Labs and drive the adoption of our products and services within the capital markets sector, specifically focusing on Banking & Global Markets in the Americas. This is a strategic, high-impact role requiring a hands-on approach to building relationships with key players. You will engage with senior stakeholders, influence Chainlink Labs’ product roadmap, and act as a public ambassador at industry events, working to increase our footprint across market infrastructures, asset managers, and commercial banks.

As a regional ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships with key institutions, fostering revenue growth, and ensuring the success of targeted accounts.

This is a remote position. While all roles at Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based, we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Relationships: Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with top 20 banks, financial market infrastructures (FMIs), and asset managers, ensuring growth and progress in these relationships.
Expand Partnerships: Implement programs designed to foster the development and expansion of strategic relationships within targeted accounts, focusing on long-term engagement and collaboration.
Key Account Management: Take ownership of establishing and managing relationships with financial institutions and capital markets institutions to meet business objectives.
Influence Product Development: Influence the Chainlink Labs product roadmap by aligning customer feedback with business priorities and strategic goals.
Public Representation: Act as Chainlink Labs' ambassador at industry conferences, client events, and other high-visibility forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients in highly regulated industries.
Shape Blockchain Adoption: Help shape the future of decentralized finance by driving the adoption of blockchain technology within real-world asset (RWA) initiatives.

Requirements

Deep expertise working with market infrastructures, asset managers, and commercial banks.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives with confidence.
Strong experience negotiating complex commercial and contractual framework agreements.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—able to build something from the ground up (e.g., startup, new department, or initiative).
Digital Asset Domain Understanding: Deep knowledge of digital asset initiatives, including blockchain integration and tokenization.

Nice to Have

Experience with Web3 or DeFi protocols.
Knowledge of oracle networks and their applications.
