Introduction

Nexus International, an international iGaming operator behind the Spartans brand, is seeking a Head of Casino to lead the performance and strategic growth of its casino vertical. This is a critical role responsible for driving disciplined growth, competitive positioning, and sustainable profitability during a significant global expansion phase. The successful candidate will report directly to senior leadership and hold significant strategic influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial performance of the casino vertical, with a strong focus on revenue growth and margin discipline.
• Manage provider relationships and oversee the optimization of the game portfolio.
• Develop and control the casino promotional framework to ensure profitability and effective cost management.
• Analyze player and game performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen cross-sell initiatives between the sportsbook and casino verticals.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, CRM, and Product teams to align commercial strategies and execution.
• Ensure revenue growth aligns with sustainable margin objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in online casino leadership roles.
• Previous experience as a Head of Casino, Casino Director, or an equivalent senior management position.
• Demonstrated track record of profitably scaling casino revenue.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Provider economics and negotiation.
  • RTP (Return to Player) strategy and margin management.
  • Promotional cost control and governance.
  • Player lifecycle dynamics and engagement strategies.
  • Game performance analytics.
• Exceptional commercial acumen and analytical depth.
• Experience operating across diverse international markets is preferred.
• Ability to implement structured promotional governance and optimize product mix at a strategic level.
• Proven capability to build and lead a high-performing casino function.

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain technologies or crypto gaming platforms.
• Understanding of Web3 principles and their application in online gaming.
