Introduction

As the Head of Agent Operations, you will be the core architect of our automated internal infrastructure. Your mission is to design and evolve AI systems to significantly enhance departmental efficiency, bridging the gap between technical engineering and high-level strategic objectives. We aim to replace manual processes with sophisticated, agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI systems to automate and streamline internal processes.
• Bridge the gap between technical engineering and high-level strategy.
• Ensure manual processes are replaced by sophisticated, agentic solutions.
• Leverage Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit to develop and integrate internal applications.
• Make critical build-vs-buy decisions and establish governance for AI usage across the organization.
• Train teams and define the future of AI-assisted work.

Requirements

• Experience beyond traditional coding, with a fundamental understanding of model mechanics (e.g., attention mechanisms, inference tradeoffs).
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit.
• Ability to ensure AI-generated systems are robust and scalable.
• Automation-obsessed practitioner with a desire to scale influence.
• Strong background in AI Infrastructure, Systems, and Operations.
• Experience in vendor evaluation and system integration.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and technical practicality.

Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation, including CRM and HRIS integration.
• Familiarity with data handling, security, and model inference.
• Understanding of context windows and tool use patterns.
• Strategic mindset with an emphasis on first principles.
