About the Position
Introduction
As a GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer at Glimpse, you will be the technical architect driving a high-scale revenue machine. This role focuses on designing intelligent data pipelines that integrate CRM systems, sales tools, and analytics platforms, moving beyond manual workflows. It's a high-agency position where you'll build the infrastructure to convert market opportunities into measurable revenue through technical automation.
Glimpse is for developers who embrace the future of coding. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to create automated prospect research agents, highly personalized messaging sequences, and custom internal tools. The team values 'vibe coding' – using AI assistance to rapidly prototype, ship weekly experiments, and harden technical systems with Python, JavaScript, and SQL, avoiding boilerplate.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Automation: Build and maintain the 'connective tissue' of the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, and AI-driven logic.
- Rapid Experimentation: Deploy website widgets, email variants, and landing pages to identify and scale winning growth strategies.
- Systems Ownership: Take full control of email deliverability, lead scoring models, and data hygiene across the entire funnel.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with APIs and webhooks.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and revenue workflows.
- Experience in engineering automation.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, lead scoring, and data hygiene.
