Introduction

DISQO is looking for a GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on scaling outbound systems by building the underlying architecture for sales and marketing engines. You will create high-intent prospecting signals and deploy automated workflows to optimize human interaction.

Responsibilities

• Build the underlying architecture that powers sales and marketing engines.
• Create high-intent prospecting signals.
• Deploy automated workflows.
• Develop and train Gemini-based AI agents for repetitive GTM tasks.
• Move from idea to MVP using AI-assisted development and 'vibe coding' principles to build internal tools.
• A/B test messaging.
• Optimize lead routing.
• Quantify the ROI of automations.

Requirements

• Experience leveraging Clay and n8n for automation.
• Proficiency in developing and training AI agents.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and build internal tools.
• Strong understanding of revenue operations and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• A builder mindset, valuing speed and iteration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Octave for data workflows.
• Background in BDR enablement.
• Skills in multivariate testing.
• Strong data literacy.
• Knowledge of API and Webhooks.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI).
• Understanding of Lead Scoring and Intent Signals.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesloft, or Outreach.
