Introduction

Tonic AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing data privacy for the AI era. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the product-led growth (PLG) for Tonic Fabricate. This isn't a traditional marketing position; it sits at the intersection of product and engineering, focusing on creating a seamless "swipe-to-pay" experience for a technical audience by managing the entire self-serve funnel.

This role is ideal for a "builder" who uses AI to accelerate their work. You will leverage "vibe-coding" techniques to design landing pages, perform behavioral analysis using SQL, and execute A/B tests independently. Utilizing tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot, you will optimize the complete user journey from initial sign-up through to enterprise expansion.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the Funnel: Utilize data tools such as Amplitude to pinpoint drop-off points and implement AI-assisted solutions.
• Monetization & Strategy: Develop credit-based systems and pricing barriers to ensure effortless user conversion.
• Automated Lifecycle: Construct "viral" expansion loops and automated communication flows to identify key "Aha!" moments for users.

Requirements

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG).
• Proficiency in behavioral analysis via SQL.
• Ability to design and implement A/B tests.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot for rapid development.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize user funnels.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Understanding of credit-based systems and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, onboarding, and activation.
• Experience with identifying Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and product-led sales.
• Background in technical marketing.
