Introduction

Phat Loot DeFi is a rapidly expanding decentralized finance and gaming startup focused on the Game-Fi, Play-to-Earn sector. We aim to be a central hub for game developers looking to integrate their games with blockchain technology. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing/Growth Lead, specifically for our Guppy Gang NFT project, to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with game designers, the CEO, and the operations team of Phat Loot Studios and Phat Loot DeFi to build brand awareness and enhance the company's social image.
• Focus on key NFT projects, such as the Guppy Gang NFT.
• Manage social media marketing and content strategy.
• Engage with influencers to promote projects.
• Oversee search advertising, email marketing, and mobile marketing campaigns.
• Manage design assets and requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies.
• Manage streaming platforms.
• Implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost player engagement and achieve commercial results.
• Grow social media audiences.

• Strong understanding of gaming culture to resonate with the target audience.
• Proficient in cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts, as the role heavily involves marketing to crypto and play-to-earn communities.
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective content strategies.
