Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and referral programs, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
Develop and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns to maximize user activation, retention, and lifetime value.
Implement strategic initiatives based on robust segmentation, personalization, and automated user journeys.
Analyze campaign data and user behavior to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimization methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and successful execution.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results, providing insightful analysis and proposing continuous improvements.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, growth hacking techniques, and developments within the broader crypto ecosystem.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
Possess an analytical and data-driven mindset with proven experience in user behavior analysis and retention strategies.
Demonstrated experience in executing successful lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
Strong knowledge of segmentation, marketing automation, A/B testing, and conversion funnel optimization.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong results orientation.
Proficiency in English is mandatory. Bilingual capability in both Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the fintech industry.
