At ilionx, you will guide clients in setting up and optimizing their Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes to ensure they maintain control and comply with laws and regulations such as GDPR, AML, DORA, NIS2, and ISO 27001.

As a GRC Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technology and business. You will help organizations find a balance between creating secure IT environments and structuring their work as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Help organizations design, implement, and maintain GRC frameworks, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct risk analyses and assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats to information systems and assets.
• Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, AML, DORA, and NIS2.
• Perform internal and external audits on information security processes and systems, identifying shortcomings and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver education and training to employees on GRC-related topics, such as information security awareness and handling sensitive data.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in GRC, information security, and privacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level of thinking and working.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in GRC, information security, or IT audit.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, AML, DORA, and NIS2, and frameworks like ISO 27001, BIO, and NEN 7510.
• Ability to translate complex GRC issues into practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and proactive.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
