About the Position

Introduction

As a GenAI Engineer, you will be a pioneer in generative AI and Machine Learning. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced GenAI models and systems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to create innovative solutions that transform our clients' business processes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement GenAI models, including data collection and preparation, model training and optimization, and performance evaluation.
Develop scalable and robust GenAI applications, such as chatbots, content generation, and recommendation systems.
Research and experiment with the latest GenAI technologies and frameworks, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Diffusion Models, and Reinforcement Learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for GenAI within the organization.
Document code, models, and systems to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility.

Requirements

Completed Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing GenAI models and systems.
In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data mining techniques.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices, such as version control (Git), CI/CD, and test automation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
