Introduction

Portal Fantasy is looking for an experienced and energetic BD & Partnerships Manager to join their team and play a key role in user growth. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who excels at prospecting, closing, nurturing, and maintaining sustainable, long-term partnerships. You should have several years of experience in business development or sales, be able to work independently, and be deeply interested in blockchain, Web3, and gaming. This role requires a self-starter who is both hands-on and strategic, reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with the marketing and community teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the go-to-market strategy for attracting new industry-leading partners.
• Prospect and rank the best potential partners and influencers across the Web3 gaming sector.
• Perform lead generation and reach out to target partners across various platforms.
• Develop an understanding of potential partners' needs and pitch Portal Fantasy using tailored messaging.
• Track discussions with partners through all stages of the business development life-cycle and keep relevant internal teams updated with progress and timelines.
• Close partnership deals that are mutually beneficial for both parties.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passionate about blockchain, Web3, and gaming.
• Experience working in the gaming sector is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, experience in creating pitch presentations and materials, and strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
