Responsibilities

• Deliver game projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Facilitate the development team, removing any roadblocks.
• Manage the scrum process efficiently.
• Connect and coordinate with external partners.
• Support the Product Owner in defining roadmaps and implementing quality-of-life updates for live-audience games.
• Drive the team towards project goals, pushing, pulling, and steering them in the right direction.
• Grow into a senior leadership role within the company.

Requirements

• Several years of direct experience as a Game Producer (at least 3 years).
• Proven track record of having produced multiple games.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with mobile gaming is a plus.
• Experience with games-as-a-service is a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
