Introduction

Our client is building a high-quality mobile RPG game infused with Web3 elements, aiming to create genuinely fun experiences beyond typical play-to-earn models. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Game Producer to lead their development efforts and shape the future of Web3 gaming.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the game development team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality game features.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including design, engineering, art, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive vision and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep the development process on track.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise to maintain project momentum.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, communicating project status and managing expectations.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Pioneer and optimize an agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in game production, with a track record of successfully shipping games.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for games and a deep understanding of gaming trends and player communities.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
