Responsibilities

• Primarily focus on creating and managing in-game economic systems.
• Design virtual currencies, loot boxes, reward systems, trading mechanisms, and monetization strategies.
• Analyze player behavior data and economic trends to inform design decisions.
• Develop and balance pricing strategies for in-game items and services.
• Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and data analysts to integrate economic systems seamlessly into the game.
• Monitor the in-game economy's health and make adjustments to maintain balance and player engagement.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize economic models.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in game economics and blockchain.

Requirements

• Experience with Game Economy related roles.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in economic modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for games and understanding of player psychology.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• An interest in blockchain/Web3 and digital asset economies.
