Responsibilities

As a Functional Technical Consultant, you will be the bridge between business and technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business processes of various clients.
• Translating these processes into concrete (technical) solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Guiding implementations from start to finish.
• Independently performing configurations.
• Developing minor technical adjustments.
• Training key-users.
• Troubleshooting problems and developing new functionalities.
• Actively pursuing further technical depth within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Dynamics 365.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with both business stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Blockchain/Bitcoin.
