About the Position

Introduction

Are you skilled in optimizing business processes through information systems and eager to take ownership of system functionality? This challenging and varied role focuses on being the crucial link between business and IT, ensuring all systems align optimally with organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and needs, translating them into functional designs.
Manage, configure, and optimize various information systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, DMS, Financial systems, etc.) in depth and/or breadth.
Resolve incidents and problems, and coordinate changes in collaboration with vendors and internal IT departments.
Develop functional specifications and test plans, and conduct acceptance tests.
Document processes, systems, and changes.
Advise users and management on the deployment and optimization of information systems.
Guide users during the implementation of new functionalities and provide training.

Requirements

Completed HBO/WO education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business IT & Management).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in functional management or as a business analyst.
Knowledge of and experience with various information systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, etc.) and/or financial systems (AFAS, Exact, SAP, Dynamics).
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player, results-oriented, and stress-resistant.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
